the compressor leads through the i/c and acts just as a blower.
you can see the dump pipe and yes the compressor blows through the ic…like most turbo cars!
So they mounted a turbo that the engine would never push enough exhaust to actually create boost, have it sucking through dryer ducting and dumping to atmosphere on the other side of the intercooler.
Something tells me that nothing is actually hooked up and someone just got bored one day.
