Wow, those stats are sexy, perfect sleeper, how much do u think an altima turbo kit would cost? :partyman:
4000 for the turbonetics kit
So what’s the story with Nicks car then? Why didn’t it run that well?
Nice numbers man. Glad you’re happy with it. That’s a great kit you have there.
Those numbers do seem high for the boost you were running. I think there might be something that’s off. I’m not debating the end number, just maybe the boost pressure you were running. However, either way, if you made that number at 8spi, don’t run 11.5 psi like I am, or you might be picking up parts of QR on the road.
Anyway man, congrats on being Alberta’s 2nd boosted SPEC V. Now come steal my 1/4 mile time from me.
Nicks car is fine… Now in N/A mode. As for his car he had to many problems with PTI and his car was never tuned. SO nick was running around on a untuned engien. Plus his turbo faild on him also.
P.S. great numbers. I look forward to head 2 head competition this spring/summer
congrats! nice numbers!
Congrats on the nice numbers. Very nice project, good to see that it turned out good.
Damn thats awsome! that thing has got to be damn fun to drive now, i bet you can’t wait to toss on your summers and have some clean roads to eat some srt4s up.
Yea man… very very fun now hehe. I’ve only tried it at the 4.5 psi so far am itchen to see what the higher boosts will feel like.
I don’t know about in edmonton, but in calgary there are a few 11 sec SRTs roaming the streets, so even hp in the low 300s ain’t gonna let you walk any of them.

fact of the matter is they are still driving neons :vom:
I know, you can’t polish a turd, but you also can’t argue with the performance of those things off the shelf. And warranty to boot. I certainly can’t bring my car into nissan any longer and expect them to fix stuff.
^^ yah i love the warrenty. i make them do anything i can. aparently speakers are under warrenty and floor mats too for the first yr. and gf has an 06 spec so new floor mats for me woho.
just went for a rip in bmasons now boosted spec, and wow w/ only 4psi that hauls ass!!!
makes so much different for that 60+ speeds where u take off as if you are in first gear in a stock spec.
made my drive home feel extremely slow.
loved the turbo so much, im starting to save up for 1…
awesome job man. now make some kill vids so we can see the looks on their faces after u rape them.
Why would you want to race punk kids with slow ass cars??? Why not race cars worth mentioning???
LOL, bc i cant afford an STI and for 4000$ i can have a kit and i can drive it yr round… ur cars parked right?
I think he was referring to your comment about kill videos… Don’t think he’s calling a turboed spec v slow… At least I hope he’s not cuz I might have to go cut myself if he is.
heres a vid from youtube.
sti wins from a dig. awd of course
from roll sti only get half a car length.
cant complain for a 20,000$ boosted spec.
enjoy man.
Im saying to go after fast cars, not slow cars that you would probably beat stock. Its hilarious when you roll a Corvette or STI…Most driver dont even look at you after .LOL Supra’s are always fun to play with too. :E
No more of this crap for you BMason.
I love this Sentra hehe. The guy driving it seems like he’s having a blast.
