Turbo Kit? Or Piece it out myself?

As the thread says. Should I buy a Turbo Kit, or just buy the pieces as I go? Is there a huge price diff either way? I’m new to this tuner stuff so it’s gonna be a huge learning curve for me. If the Kits aren’t much more than piecing it out then I’ll buy the kit in one big lump.

Powertech Imports: www.powertechperformance.com

They are based in Thunder Bay, ON and Jamie is really wanting to expand the Canadian side of the buisness, Powertech is the first company to make a kit for these cars, and Jamie knows his Shit.

Werd. However you might have a hard time getting a hold of those guys down at Powertech. I’ve been wanting to order a set of motor mount inserts and have never gotten a reply after 3 emails…

I want this to stay on topic but, I thought that Stephen was looking into this for you. But, call there during the week after 12pm our time. I would try around 1pm.

PTI does make a nice kit… But there are other companies out there. I know the Turbonetics kit is nice too.

That should give you all the info.

Hmm… Support a canadian Company where you wont have to pay dutie etc… or go with a completely new and un-proven kit that runs off a Unichip that NEEDS to be tuned by a certified Unichip tuner who has the software to do so. :anal
