:eek2:

thats fuckin sweet

but he’s a ricer cuz he’s got a huge wing :kekegay:

Looks like a Lancair IV-P to me, they’re freaking awesome planes. I don’t know that I’d trust a turbo LS1 in an airplane, or any other car engine. Show me a car engine that can fly at 65-75% of its max power for 4 hours at a time, for 2000 hours, and I’d be pretty surprised. 300 HP on a 6 cylinder engine (a typical airplane engine) isn’t that big of a deal in a car, but there’s a lot of engineering and copying from lawn mowers  to get an airplane to go 2000 Hours betwen overhauls at such high power levels.

I’d love to build a home built plane some day, but I don’t know that I’d want to fly it.

Edit: not a lancair, but looks like it, never heard of those planes before

holy wow mmmmmmmmmm carbon fiber…

Carbon fiber in a USEFUL roll for once, WOW!

i nominate Darkstar as guinea pig
