You’d be better off with a detuned used Honda indy engine. Or a Hayabusa based V8.
Not like they’d sell you one anyway. These are just for the ALMS cars. 4-5 years from now you’ll be able to pick up a used one.

Depends on how heavily contracted into building them just for GM. But, yeah, you can usually change minds with enough money. Point is, they don’t care to release the specs because the people who need to know already do.
