Can a Diesel turbo from a big rig/heavy equipment work on a gas motor ?
yes you can, if the flanges match up. 22psi on here is using a detroit diesel turbo on his sbc powered grand national

djt81185 (doesn’t post much) turboed his Saturn. IIRC it’s a turbo from a dodge diesel.
Holset’s (HX35, HY35, HX40, etc) are used a lot and make great power at a fraction of the price of a similarly sized garrett
