Me neither.
Love these builds.

Disappointed you said you were doing snky out back with the ford badge!
Great! These Ls6 heads should bolt right on to this 351W block then. Full steam ahead.
I’ve kept up with the progress, JT. Very nice.
Stock 6.0 short block? You sell that boat anchor?
6.0 LS6 heads, big cam… No just pulled out the 5.0 no buyer for it yet
Let me know when you want them slicks/skinnies
This thing would look great on its bumper.
I have a 24x/24x in my 408 car lol. Shall be nasty… fly cut them pistons?
Since this car will make way too much power for those cobra wheels…you should sell them to me
such an unoriginal and lame build. you should machine you’re own heads.
Yeah hand CNC’ed
No, with a rock and a solid block of aluminum
More progress today.
Stripped down the engine bay, got rid of everything unnecessary, degreased and got it ready for paint
all junk not going back in, pretty heavy pile already. MUCH more to go
old motor, new motor
Looks great!
furd. FUCK YOU.
I would like to get away without it. I have fly cut 3 motors, and it is a pain!! Guys seem to squeeze the TREX cam in with stock pistons. Knowing my luck, when i check the valves will be busting through the clay once again
What did you degrease your engine bay with prior to paint?
“Engine Bay Cleaner”, Simple Green, Paint Reducer…? Just curious to see what someone who knows what they are doing actually uses.
I don’t pretend to know what i’m doing  but i started out with what i had left of a can of Gunk engine degreaser, scrubbed that, powerwashed away. Then i used purple power and a scrub brush, repeat, then a scotch brite to get some of the more stubborn crap. Rinse.

Also, i have removed about 80lbs already without even trying. There is so much unnecessary crap bolted to a 95 mustang lol I guess it is very possible to get these around 2800 lbs while still retaining the interior (sans rear seat and HVAC).
Good products to use for degreasing, in the detail business we used a zep product called formula 50, very strong degreaser. Tup looking good tho!
