More progress! Crossover is all welded up and done. Grabbed the kit from Drew’s while he is out of town to check final fitment and measure for the down pipe. Fits like a glove, amazing that it came out so perfect without building it in the actual car and just going by measurements and eyeballing!
This thing rules.
Looks great! Good measuring skills!
Fuck yea. You guys did a great job on that!
The whistles go woo woooo
More progress!!
We finished up the down pipe a couple weeks back,
Took everything home to mock up and cut the bumper (getting the car ready for paint)
Love this pic
Picked up some 96-98 tails, i hate the horizontal 94-95 style
ripping it apart to sand everything to get ready for paint (disregard the hack hood, just bought an H.O. Fibertrends cowl hood)
I am hopeful to see this thing do wheel stands.
What color?
cyber gray metallic
So many General Motors…hawt color tho
Woot
Hope I didn’t get scammed on my hood… Anyone do business with HO fiber trends before? They come highly recommended.
Got some more work done this weekend. Car is pretty much all set to go out for paint. Never want to do that again, ugh
hood finally came in as well, whew
Transmission from J&J, bulletproof (as it can get i suppose) TH350
When the paint is done, this is pretty much what i’m going for, minus the wing and + a 4" pipe through the bumper :
Ugh can’t wait
Hell yeah
Why no wing?
I think they look pretty good wingless… the stock wing looks like poo, i like the Saleen wing but seems like everyone does that.
Who’s painting?
Aaron elbling is painting the cAr I don’t think he is on here
Needs a wing
