Verry nice classic. As far as headers go, if you would like I can help you out on that. I built this:

for my turbo 350z. It’s all stainless, and I have all the tools in my garage including a tig welder. I can also get some tight radius 45 deg and 90 deg bends, again all in stainless. You would have to figure out something for a header flange.
