AMD processor…meh

I’d go with this fan.

They are far better if you’re on a budget and can’t afford to spring for a siqqq intel chip/mobo.

So your angle is fluid bearing vs ball bearing? What about the capability to adjust the speed if need be?

how about a magnetic bearing with auto adjust? VIZO FZ-12025 Case Fan - Newegg.com or GELID Solutions FN-TX12-15 Case cooler - Newegg.com

or barometric ball bearing whatever that is COOLER MASTER Excalibur R4-EXBB-20PK-R0 120mm Case Fan - Newegg.com

everything else seems ok? I’m slightly over budget but I would like to not mess with anything for a few years. The only iffy thing is if the on board video card can handle everything but I can always add that later.

Not so much leaning either way, that fan, fire out a much more precise flow of air. It moves a lot. I would think any fan controller could allow the adjustment of speeds. I have that antec fan sitting in my 900 case. I’m going to add the silverstone one to my new case however.

The fan is my biggest issue, lol.

The ‘golf ball dimple’ Silverstone fans are well liked, but I would prefer a Sunon, or Panaflow. I would replace any and all case fans as well. Cheap fans sound bad, dont move air, and fail. Otherwise it looks good. I wouldnt run AMD chips, but they ARE cheaper.

Anything for sale at PTS is almost always a great product.

Run all 3 pins, assuming you have enough headers for them on the mobo. Regulate speed automatically with speedfan or similar.

AMD chips are fine… Like I said, Intel chips are superior but not everyone wants to spend that type of coin on a PC.

Also my 9950BE has been nothing but great for 2 years.

Idk what you mean by this.

This is the only fan. There are provisions for a front fan but currently there is nothing in that spot.

order updated to the silverstone one until otherwise persuaded…
