upper strut tower bars and lower tie bar

Hey i was wondering what those little rear lower tie bars are for? I’m talking about those things:

Are they really worth it? I was thinking of putting a 4 point upper strut bar in the front like this:

and a regular 2 point strut bar in the rear with maybe that lower tie bar to ad some resistance since i dont want a 4 point bar in the rear to keep my trunk space… :stuck_out_tongue:

So you think it’s a good idea for a setup? I dont have that many mods so I was thinking of starting with this to get a better feeling for starters.

Those rear under tie bars are for show only.

They do Jack All…

If you really want something to stiffen things up, talk to bing and
invest in one of his Rear Cross Braces. Now those are hotness…

yeah, i agree with the rear lower tie bar, can’t see how u can stiffen up a rear solidd axle anymore!!! LOL

but the front 4 point bar should work nicely, a rear one would be worth the coin. there is also a bar that runs along the rear floor, forgot what its called, but i heard its worth the coin for one (they are pretty cheap).
