lmao, I was thinking the same thing. I thought everyone knew about that swap.
I had a '85 Astro van with a mild 350 in it. (Fun to have a V8 astro van in the high school partying days.)
That truck would make an annoying daily driver if ur not used to that kind of ride( loud, high stall, short gears, harsh shifts, alot of shit prolly rattles).
Another idea I always liked was, to KEEP the 4.3 a turbocharge it. Just as much power as a V8 (if not faster…depending) and lighter as well.
