I bought a fmic kit for my sr and the pipeing does not have a vac nipple to hook up the wastegate to. does anyone know if i can hook the wastegate to another vacum source off the throttle body?

yes you can, it doesnt matter, as the pressure is the same pretty much all around. so yes, T your vac lines on the throttle intake body.
