Verizon cell phones...

Charging isnt a problem, I always USB charge wherever I am/car charge/home charge.

I’d rock the Q, I like it alot. If it had a tocuh screen I would have grabbed it a long time ago.

Already hacked the firmware, and I still hated everthing about it lol. Ringtones, mp3s, full bt, interface, option, all the seam editing, etc. did all that. But I guess Im just sick of iTap texting, etc.

I just with the XV6800 was out. It’d pointless to get the 6700 with the 6800 coming out.

haha yea… i totally agree that itap gets old, fast.

i730 is under $100 bucks now. They’re probably trying to clean house before the i760 comes out. I think it comes with Windows Mobile 2003, but you can upgrade it to WM5.

The 6800 does not have too many advantages over the 6700 as far as features go. It does have WM5 AKU 3.5 and a 256MB flash storage instead of the paltry 128MB that the 6700 does. The really money is in the processor. The 6800 has the Qualcomm convergence series MM7500 model processor which is essentially an ARM11 CPU for the PDA functions of the phone and an ARM9 CPU for the EV-DO functions. Since data transfer is offloaded to a different CPU, it should show some promising speed with network applications, specifically TV and video casts.

the reason i like the 6800 over the 6700 is i hate with a passion the stubby antenna of the 6700 lol.

I see the q has the q9 coming out, and of course still non touch screen, lame.

Anywho. I guess I’ll have to see what I want and go play with some things.
