I am in need of hi-low hid kit for my civic. I dont want the thread filled with how I will blind others on the road. I have had them in my car for years and never had a complaint, i have asked many people and no one said a word about it so please leave your oppinion to yourself. I am just looking to see what places are recomended for buying a quality kit for a decent price, my old set was a phillips set that lasted me years with no problems and am just looking to upgrade to hi and low beam kit.
