They MAY sound like snobs, but if I am paying $35-40 or more for JUST my steak (let alone any overpriced sides/drinks/apps/etc…), I expect it to be top notch quality and cooked perfectly.
If it’s a middle of the road place where I get a full meal for that price, I am a bit more lax about it.

Surf and turf last night at The Old Red Mill for the $21.11 special. Big :tup: The seafood bisque was also very good.
I didn’t mind hyde park, but both times I was there it was on RIM’s dime.

Snobs? Who goes to the mall for a steak? Especially when Buffalo has countless other non-chain steakhouses.
The only people who seem to go there are people who are from out of town and know the chain’s name, Bills players, Pharma reps, people who can’t get into Cheesecake Factory because the line is too long and Canadians.
I eat $100 hotdogs.
