I’d have to commit insurance fraud to do that lol. I put a roof, garage door, and electric opener on my garage just after moving in as it all was in terrible shape…that was just 2yrs ago. If I wanted to put a larger garage on my plot this one would HAVE to come down for it to make sense. my lot is narrow but DEEP, and the garage is only 14’ behind the house, Adding on would eliminate access to over half my yard.

found three pretty solid locations…both ended up leased before I could get to them and the third owner won’t allow mechanical work in it.
I’ve got a leasing agent from one of the three locations actually looking for other nearby spaces for me and is supposed to call me back in a couple days to let me know if he found anything. This shit sucks, why is it so hard to find a damn garage space to rent!? I don’t even want/need retail exposure!
1QikZ, use your new concrete skills to get one of the garage doors on the other side of your building to meet grade! lol

dang nick…i still think you should just tack on a 20x30 or something to the back of your current garage. its not much wider so it wont feel like its blocking off the back yard…
