Warehouse Staff (Pretty Urgent!!)

Recently we have lost a couple of our warehouse employees and we NEED to replace at least one right away. I will not be directly involved in the selection process for this position, but if I know you and can vouch for you it will help immensely.

If you are interested you can forward your resume to me at mgleeson@rexelusa.com, call me at 716-893-3030 or PM me.
If you do not have a resume, you can contact me and I will try and set something up for you to be able to fill out an application ASAP. I would assume that a resume is still pretty important to my boss though.

Location as well? Would like to know pay too. Have almost 5 years of experience.

pay?

The pay is something like $10-$11 full time, 8-5 mon-fri.

You get full benefits, medical dental vision 4% 401k match etc…

any other hours?

No, at this point we are there mostly 8-5. I do have a couple people that come in around 6:30 or 7 and are out by 3:30. That is mostly just the drivers though.

damn those are sick hours for a warehouse i work 3-2

Ouch… 3-2 sucks. We have some warehouses in the country that are 24/7, but we are a smaller hub, and as such only have to work normal hours.

I can say that this is not a “easy” job. Working in the wire room is one of the responsibilities, and at over a pound a foot for some of the larger stuff, there is a bit of heavy work involved. Ever try loading 4" Galvanized conduit?

I started with the company in the warehouse to learn the processes and the material, and was quick to move into the sales offices. I have been inside ever since, but am now on track to take an outside or engineering position in the next two years. Opportunity is limited, but for the right person that is willing to work their ass off, go above and beyond, and shows interest in learning and expanding this can become more than just a job, but a really great career.

A decision on the position will probably be made early next week as we are moving and will need to have all hands on deck for the move.
