so i got the car last april and im bored so i figured heck why not start a build thread
lt1 6spd all stock with a magnaflow
pics of when i first got her with 59k miles
then i bought rims and tires from brian at JJs automotive
then i bought the GMMG catback from dan
and thats where i am currently with the car i pretty much just wanted to keep it close to stock and just enjoy it as a daily for the summer last year but this year will come the build
So far i ordered headers and a y pipe from texas speed
going to throw a mild cam in it with supporting valvetrain then throw the bottle at it to shoot for low 12s
screwed up the front right fender and some of the metal beneath it and the headlights alittle kinked…i already have a new fender for it so once i pull it outta storage ill try taking the old one off and try fixing it
Yeah the CETA mod is just the collectors edition trans am modification to the bumper. COllectors edition was 35th aniversary I believe and that was only in 2002. It was a yellow car with black wheels and the bumper section was painted flat satin black. Its an appearance mod, everyone refers to it as the CETA mod for that reason.
Just like how I tinted/over coated the amber section of my tail lights “red” to match the rest of the tail lights. Thats just simply called the “red tail light mod” in the 3rd gen camaro world Same thing as Corvette grandsport fender stripes on corvettes
