If you’re riding in my car you do because I don’t need to get killed by your unbelted ass slamming me into the dash.

And yeah, I wear them even if riding in the back. Being partially ejected from a car and having it roll over on me is not real high on my list of cool ways to die.

Plus I’m scared of irony. Far too many times I’ve looked at the wreckage of a fatality and said, “If that dumb fuck had been belted he’d have lived”.

I don’t want some dumbass flying between the front seats and smashing their head into mine on their way out the windshield.
