Does anyone know of a really high end web design firm located in Buffalo? I have found a couple on Google - but none of them seem to really do much more than small business homepages and such.

They will hand it to the lowest paid designer in the company and you will get .01 for your $1 “investment”. They care only about one thing, and that is fisher-price.
If your friend actually has the money to pay for professional work, talk to dmoffitt.
