It seems that there is some strange phenomenon that happens between the Duquesne and Rankin bridges, where rock salt doesn’t follow the law of gravity, and is unable to be placed on the road surfaces. It happens every winter, causing people to sit in traffic for half an hour while accidents are cleared. Spooky… :mad:
