K-Pro tune is $600 anywhere you go, i needed the ECU wired up as well as a few other things which added up to $700. So no, i didn’t pay too much.

I wouldnt be using platinum plugs either
i use the ngk plugs bkr7e gapped at 24 i think it is… i used to gap them at 26-28 and had problems with breaking up after about 300 miles now no problems…

i gotcha, next time save your sponsor some money and get copper. 2bucks each vs 10+… and have the sponsor put that money towards something better like race gas!
Ya… but Joey… the guys down to synapse are good people. If they messed something up and it wasn’t up to par… I know for a fact that they’d get you right in and fix whatever they messed up. Did you try calling them, letting them know? Communication goes a very long way and I know synapse isn’t out there to dick around people.
I understand this, i’ve tried to talk to Mike and never got like an offer to come down and maybe mess with the tuning and see what the problem was or anything…Now it’s too late.

Sitting in my driveway at the moment. We’re pulling the motor next week probably, He’s finishing up the under carriage of the '69 and then towing it down to his buddy’s house so the garage is open to pull the Civic in. I’m debating re-painting the Civic as well, changing the color scheme and what not, spraying the engine bay, cleaning it up a bit, doing a wire tuck…It should be a completely different car next year.
