well new oem is 400 bux, new motor is around 500+ i’m hoping they can just weld a piece in there for me and not have it leak (since it’s not load bearing) and then i can put it back together. i’m not looking to beat the shit outa that bike just have a spare if someone else wants to ride with me.
so fuck it, someone weld me some junk alum in there and i’ll be happy.
try valeros on 66. the big rv dealer. i used to work there, they weld aluminum
honda house says they’ll hook me up, i’m gonna get the crank bearings pressed out and new ones put in while i’m at it as it looks like the crank is what took that piece out. no broken metal chunks except that part of the case so it didnt’ throw a gear tooth or anything. i just dunno how this part goes back together.
