Went out for a...... car?

nice pickup jay, glad to see you got a subaru. its funny that a 45 year old doctor would clear the headlights…hmmm

good deal, looks nice

i met the guy, i was at his house…trust me he’s a doctor, and he’s in his 40’s haha I dunno enough about all the subaru exterior parts but I found one of the threads he got them in and apparently they are the “jdm” headlights :gotme:

It was kinda funny though he was having 2nd thoughts when I was there, he even said he was to the point where if I had come and decided I didn’t want it anymore he would pay me for my time lol

Niiice pickup! Did you get a service history with it?

No joke, I was going to buy that car a few weeks ago.

Lol.

I know, I saw your replies in the thread  I had been pm’ing him too when it was originally up

but he’s lucky to have you as a friend  and ofcourse Me
Now start to concentrate on school and forgetabout car.

Looks like a really good find.

haha nice man good for you, yea thats the “jdm” look

tein setups are nice. i have a friend with the tein basic damper on his eclipse. i was so suprised at how good the ride is for how stiff it is. its hard to describe. its firm but its a good smooth ride.

i dunno about that… i just picked up a 02 Forester with 225k on it and it is solid as a rock. definitely doesnt feel like 225k. no clunks, no rattles, smooth ride, engine is smooth. trans (auto) was replaced at 175k… probably had ZERO service lol. 1500$ for the car too

Brian

Nice car, great price!

nice pickup man! to turbo wagons

Great choice. Looks like a solid ride.

Very nice find! Oh and for the mileage, one of jims rally subarus, the “wagon of doom” has 217k and everyone beats the balls off the thing and it won’t die. That has earned my trust in subarus. Hell, if that car died tomorrow you could part it cheaply/quickly and have very little loss.

Just got the clean bill of health from Innovative  Compression/Leakdown came out ok, changed fluids, and had an up-pipe leak, so replaced all the turbo/manifold gaskets since it was mostly apart anyways. And the tune on it was…lets just say questionable…lol So a quick retune as well, everything is running smoothly

Nice car

I miss my wagon, one of the few cars I’d have no qualms with buying high mileage as long as proper maintenance was done.

Nice deal for sure.

Congrats. That is a nice deal. The car looks great, pretty clean.

I never had a thing for wrx wagons, but this one changed my mind.

Nice pickup!!!

What kind of wheels are those… they look similar to mine. My wagon has 65k on it, but some minor scrapes/dings.
