as it is now i could easly get 5K for it, if i did a frame off like my CJ5, it be worth in the range of 15-18Kā¦ but its going to be a sweet trail beater rig 
im always amazed what scramblers go for on ebay, regardless of conditionā¦ but then again, only 26K or so ever made for like 4 years or something likeā¦
