Anyone go there? Used to go downtown but havent been to the gym since I moved in May to WS so looking to get back into it.
I go there, when I get my ass out of the house. I like it, usually can use any machine you want as long as it is not from 5pm-6pm after work lol
Ya I am not a morning person so I was thinking I would be going around 8ish. Thanks for the tip. I was wondering what their busy hours were.
Yeah i 2nd that statement, when i go after work im usually not struggling to get a machine or bench for at least a half hour about 430 the crowding starts and lasts til about 6/7pm anytime after 7 isnt too bad. Luckily im between that one and East Hills BAC. Same deal there as well,
8pm is a very light crowd when i’ve been there…

Luckily I am a night person and don’t do much during the week so I can get there at 8-9 and do what I need to for an hour. Gotta call over and see if they have a trainer to get me a routine since I haven’t lifted in a long time.
