they will if they are cheap pads. try getting you some of that anti-squeel to put on the caliper side of the pads.

usually the squeel isn’t caused from lack of lube but from vibration.

Well I lubed up the slides (were totally dry) and lubed the backs of the pads and the squealing seems to have gone away.
The lube is also usable for anti-squealing.
