TGIF. soooooooo full.
grapefruit and C.toast crunch for b-fast. Two japanese salmon and crab tempura rolls. White fish, yellow tail, eel, and crab sashimi for lunch. DD’s grilled cheese flat and an egg/cheese on waffle. BBQ twice baked wings and cheddar wurst for dinner. Good Vtines day food. yum
leftover chicken tuscan from dinner last night over spaghetti, stouffers lasagna, 3 orange sodas, 2 mug rootbeers. 2 hersheys cookies n creme candy bars.

Delmonico potatoes or whatever they were and corn with pepers/onions… was delecious
woke up at 3PM, had a fucking great ham & cheese sandwich that i made. then had pork & potatoes for dinner at like 8.
Just steamed broccoli, cellery, carrots, onions, and red peppers, then poured the veggies in with some whole wheat penne pasta, and topped it with a piece of seared tilapia, seasoned with lemon black pepper and dill. Its really good.
Just had my mom’s homemade Seafood(Crab & Shrimp in the alfredo sauce) Alfredo w/ Bowtie noodles…CASH!!!

5am
b-fast 1 cup oat meal plain with tbsp of honey
1 black coffe
1 large bottle of water
9am
snack
2 fruits usually an orange and an apple
1 huge bottle water
lunch
11:30 am
1 fruit
1 yoplait yogurt yes light n fit lol
1 sandwhich usuaully dry or mustard 2 slice cheese 3 slices meat.
1 huge bottle water or maybe a gatorade
3 pm snack
1 granola bar
1 water or glass of oj
6pm dinner
1 steak i think 12 oz
1 helping squash
1 helping corn plain
1 helping rice.
and now an orange and a glass of water.
I made a bacon and pepperoni pizza for dinner
chili for lunch
kfc for dinner
cheesecake for breakfast
cheetos for snackie
spaghetti and meatballs for dinner with cheese garlic bread
vanilla canoli for another snackie.
are any of those kosher this time of the yr

I had Gus’s Hot Dogs in 'Vliet for lunch and they were good.
