I need a healthy snack

So I work in an office and sit on my ass all day, so i need to eat well whenever possible. On a daily basis I have a bananna, apple, cheese stick, yogurt, granola bar, trail mix, fruit roll up, along with whatever left overs i have for the week. I am sick of the granola and yogurt.

i used to bring an orange too, but i didnt feel like peeling the orange most of the time

i also drink 4-5 bottles of water during my 8 hour shift.

anyone have any ideas that dont require much prep?

take two rice cakes.
spread peanut butter on one.
place the other rice cake on top of the peanut butter.
eat.

you could always just keep a 6 pack under your desk…

have an apple or a small green salad both are a good source of complex carbs and will give you energy during the day

fruit, vegetables, yogurt,rice cakes, raisins, legumes, wheat pretzels on occasion, (healthy)soup in the winter{try making it yourself, its easy} and personally pound for pound the best snack to leave around the office is goldfish.

obviously you didnt read what a wrote, i eat an apple every day. I eat every 2-3 hours, while snacking on the trail mix basically all day.

and salads are sometimes part of my actual meal, chicken salad if it is a salad, or stuffed peppers, pasta, meat loaf. this week dinner is stuffed shells. last week was thanksgiving left overs.

you eat one dinner a week? and just snack all the time?
If you never get sick, Im seriously going to try that.

i eat dinner once a day, but its usually the same thing all week. lol

u seem to be taking in about 10000 calories per day less than me lol

well i eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and two ham(or turkey)/wheat/miracle whip sandwiches for lunch too

and the ideas have to be something easily eaten at a desk w/a computer. keep em comming! i am constantly hungry, and i dont even work out, i dont want to imagine how hungry ill be when i start working out soon

mix it up and put cheerios in your yogurt. so good.

cheerios sound good, i get the kind with granola on the top. and sometimes i get the kind with buncha-crunch in the lid. but i dont like any flavor yogurt besides strawberry

i eat… 2 breakfast sandwiches on a bagel (cheese, sausage patty, or sometimes bacon, eggs, butter), then for lunch i will have either 2slices of pizza or a ham sub. and for dinner i will either have whatever i didnt have for lunch or a chicken finger sub.

or on days i go to the food court for lunch ill have, a ham sandwich on pita, 2grilled cheese sandwiches, a slice of pizza, sometimes frys and a drink.

college for the fucking loss- i only do this on monday and wednesday tho, on tuesdays and thursday i wont have breakfast cuz i sleep in and ill have a lot lighter meals thruout the day. and friday i only have the breakfast sandwiches.

yea, if i am hungry with no extra food at work i go up to the cafeteria and get a burger and fries. and i usually have oreos and milk 3-4 nights a week. so i try extra hard to eat well whenever i can.

Definitely not healthy…

thats why college sucks, nothing to do besides nyspeed and eat food.

luckily im not fat, if i gained weight from eating that shit i def wouldnt do it
