Yogurt with any kind of cereal (like, use the yogurt instead of milk or whatever). I personally love strawberry danon fruit at the bottom yogurt with raisin bran. It’s cold, crunchy, tasty, and healthy. Very refreshing.

Today my lunch bag had a salad leftover from last night, banana, apple, yogurt, and cheese stick. I had 2 eggs and 3 sausage links for breakfast. The apple and yogurt are all that’s left. It’s going to be hard to not go to the cafeteria for a tuna wrap. Salad?? WTF was I thinking?

I’m a fan of vanilla yogurt and crushed almonds when I’m looking for a snack, or else I’ll make a wrap with turkey, light mayo, romaine lettuce and banana peppers.
^That’s when I eat healthy, which is about 73% of the time, the other 26% of the time I eat crap like pizza and subs. That miscellaneous 1% is spent pondering life’s paradoxes.
