seriously, either your school sucks or you suck. I’d take another 4 years in a second, of which 98% of my time will be spent on other things.

There. Lunch is gone. So far I’ve eaten 2 eggs, 3 sausage links, a small salad, a cheese stick, a yogurt cup, an apple, and a banana.

12:45 I’m going to get tuna in a spinach wrap with lettuce, jalapenos, and banana pepper rings. Pickles and carrots on the side.

my lunch was gone at 12 at 130 when my real lunch is im going to walk down stairs and see what i can buy

Probably nothing til dinner, my metabolism and body hates me thus my reasoning for putting on so much weight since moving to VA. That and I don’t have time for the gym. :tup: I <3 being oh so healthy.

i dont dorm, my schedule is from 9am to 2pm with a half hour break for lunch. theres nothing really i can do between that time. and i commute a half hour there and a half hour back. i have other shit to do

Random bump but anybody have any new ideas or suggestions theyve been eating recently?

I find myself constantly wanting to be chewing on or eating something. Did the whole sunflower seed thing for a while but theyre really salty and I think its jacking up my teeth. Im also not the biggest fan of fruit either. Currently im on nut mix and seaweed snacks but does anybody have anything I can eat throughout the day thats super nutritous???

  • Organic eggs: Hard boil a dozen and take 2 into work a day. Peel at your desk and eat. Super heatly, filling, and tasty while also being easy to prep for the week.
  • Carrots and celery with some hummis. Also delish.
  • Frozen grapes are a fucking great idea!

Banana and peanut butter. Pretzels and peanut butter. Bacon and peanut butter.

Carbs aren’t really very satiating. Work in some coconut and avocado to smack down your apetite with some good fats. Just be careful with the coconut. Most of it’s sweetened and if you’ve got leptin signaling issues making you want to eat all day the last thing you want is sugar. Throw some coconut oil and kerrygold unsalted butter into your first cup of coffee. (You’ll need a hand blender or a jar to shake it up in.)

Or just pack two lunches.

There’s not really anything you can just eat all day. Total calories count. What they’re made of is more important and if you’re eating enough fat and protein it gets hard to overdo it, but total calories still matter.

I like a lot of those suggestions but most of them just have too many caloroes for “all day use” lol.

I cant tell if its that im always hungry or that I more so have what our buddy Freud would call an oral fixation (throw that one in the homo undertones). Im sort of challenging myself to trim down a lot (not that im fat) for a few months so im eating really small meals which definitely leaves room for more, but I think its about constantly munching on something (ive tried gum, doesnt work).

I really do like the idea of Avocados though, I dint realize they were so siatating for how few cals. Wondering how I could make it into a snack that will maybe help me cut out dinner all together.

Smash em up into guac (add a little olive oil and lime juice or whatever tickles your fancy) then spoon it with celery or similar.

Exactly what I was thinking…

But now im gonna be the wierd guy that eats guac all day every day. A small price to pay but I really do love everything Avacado. Great suggestion!
