If you cut all wheat products out of your diet you will lose weight AND be less hungry. I was skeptical, tried it for 2 months and it was awesome.

This isn’t easy though. All bread (unless you used specialty breads), baked goods, cereal, crackers etc. You have to be diligent about reading labels and not having “screw ups” because it won’t work otherwise.

No. Oats are ok. Oats and wheat are totally different plants.

You want to avoid anything with gluten in it.

Ughhhh ive heard that too but wheat is actually my bread and… bread. I could probably go the rest of my life without meat tbh (except for fish maybe), but pastas and beer and starchy shit are my favorites.

And if youre not doing wheat or meat, where the hell are you getting your energy from (especially with the lifestyle you live), soy???

No bread, dairy, meat, eggs, fish, chicken…

I still do soy (hear bad things about that as well so i try and limit it). I eat a lot of almonds and avocados. Hummus, beans, vegetables. Quinoa is awesome. Sometimes I’ll have GF pasta, but not often.

Did you get raped with a turkey drumstick when you were younger or something… good god man, what do you have against food? I guess I admire your control but I just love consuming things too much.

I think ive asked before but why do you eat the way you do again? Im really just curious.

Wheat for health
Dairy because its gross
Meat because I never really liked it

I’m on week 3? or so of low to no gluten. I can tell a big difference. My dairy intake has been a lot lower for a few years, mostly cheese on something, feta on a salad etc. I can’t cut all gluten out yet, simply b/c it’s such an utter pita, but phasing it out more & more as I go.
