What do I do? Need some advice

I park in a state lot with MANY MANY other cars. Everyone adheres to the rules except one driver. The problem I have with that guy is that he parks his car ON the yellow line dividing the spots. I dont think I’ve seen him parked nice and even once. I saw him pull in a few times. He basically flies in, sorta “throwing” his car into the spot and just walks away. Kind of like you’d throw a piece of clothing into the hamper. You dont really get it in the center and it hangs on the side, but its close enough, ya know? The part that really gets me is this: the rules in that lot are that if youre parked ON the line or just super super close you get a warning. 3 warnings and u cant park there anymore. One time I was in a big rush and parked(facing inward, now i park backwards) real quick and left. Apparently this was enough to make somebody mad enough to tell the parking attendant to issue me a warning. I come back to my car and see the yellow paper on my windshield. I step back and look at how my car is sitting. Its at about 10-15 degrees to one of the lines and my front wheels are turned and the tip of one of the wheels is almost on the line. Like about 2 inches away. By no means am i taking up two spots, or on the line or just standing there at such an awkward angle that it wouldnt allow people on either side to get in and out of their car freely. I take the paper and walk over to ask what I did wrong. Guy tells me somebody complained about how my car is parked. He’s kool with me, I talk to him all the time, but he told me he basically had to do that or its his job. If that person gripes to somebody else, he’d be fired for not doing his job. Okay, i can understand that. Its not a ticket, its just kind of a warning you can shrug off, no biggie. The thing that kind of made me wonder is that there were plenty of other spots 10-15 feet away from me and in the rows nearby, but apparently it would kill that person to walk the extra 15 feet. Whatever. Back to my problem. This other guy keeps parking like a douche, daily. He isnt really in my way, hes a couple of rows away. I mentioned it to the parking attendant there, but apparently nothing has been done about it because he is still parking like that and is still there(remember the 3 warning rule). This really pisses me off. I do this once and IMMEDIATELY i get a warning, hes there daily like that and no action taken? What do I do, guys? Should I talk to the parking attendants supervisor or should I leave a note on his windshield? As much as I want, I cant just leave his car there on 4 flats with a mean note on his car. Any advice? Post serious responses, please. I dont wana see “set his car on fire” and the like.

maybe this guys IS the parkin attendent :wow

nah. its some old guy. the parking attendant leaves his car right by the booth. this is a different vehicle.

Use a brick with a note attached to it ;D

print out your own warning note and place it on his car. Maybe he’ll think it’s real and start parking correctly

somebody told me to tell the parking attendant again and if no action is taken, talk to the supervisor

I would address it to the attendent again definately.
Ask why when you make a complaint it goes unnoticed, but any complaint against you is taken seriously.
Tell them you don’t think this is right especially when your “offence” was a one time thing, and not as bad as what he is doing, and doing on a daily basis.
I would address the fact that although he may be older, this is no reason to discriminate against you, and no matter who he is in that company the same rules need to apply.

If that still doesn’t work - I would definately take it up with the supervisor.
No need to confront the guy yourself and risk him getting all pissy and keying your car or something.
