At my old job it was EVERYTHING. The only time those people talked was because they were complaining about something.
New job, not too much. Mostly just the few random people that suck, but it’s oddly a positive environment.

People that can’t walk 10 feet to the huge Xerox copiers, so they need a desktop printer (increasing cost and setup/troubleshooting time)
Departments that tell us on the day new employees start that they need computers. Or that they are into their new office and need their computer moved/setup
architects. they piss me off with their inability to make up their mind.
oh and the oce plotters. i hate those damn things. they break down way too much.

i missed this reply earlier…how far along and what version are you at? ive been using revit mep (for plumbing and fire protection) about 2 years now, i dont mind the program at all now that we figured out how to adjust all the settings and how to make it work well for us, but its still a bit slow. pretty managable though. my biggest gripe is all the extra piping that needs to be modeled versus 2d autocad, but then again the 3d risers were produce are badass and incredible easy to create.

Old outdated equipment, management, materials, sales, design, the weather, the building, each other. I work in a shop building signs, 12 of us do the building then about 6 girls assemble and ship the signs. Thankfully we are separated :).
