Your customers have the ability to manage their own DNS host files.

almost up to 1000 bucks from them so far

A vast majority of my smaller customers deal with Expedient for all of their hosting/dns needs. I actually like dealing with expedient, I rarely wait on hold and the people I talk to seem to know what they are doing. :bigthumb:

The support staff is definitely pretty good. The guy that runs all that is actually on the site too. Since we were able to leverage other markets to roll over NOC calls, our hold times are down to 1-2 minutes on average. Not bad for our size of a company. Thanks for the compliment!

:bigthumb:

I dont answer the phone anymore, im too busy watching our monitoring system.

If DNS stuff needs done it can be sent right to the noc… fucking that shit up. I could really not see how anyone(unless their new) could mess it up. Its piss simple.

ha, the guys in the other markets get killed with calls, i think we’re like 3rd in line to get calls now. Its also nicehaving a support lead now, so my AIM isnt exploding with the TAC asking questions.
