I’ve had this happen too. When I was selling my Olds Intrigue, I have a kid email me, and then I called him and he said he could see the car from his front window, and I told him i would be home at 9:00 and he could look at it then. Got home, went out to the garage and worked on stuff while I waited. At 10:45 I finished what I was doing and went inside. No Show. He rolled up on his Bicycle a week and a half later asking about it and offered a bunch less than I was asking, thinking I didn’t remember him. Told him to enjoy walking and please leave my property.

Yeah, it was a little confusing. he lived like 3 houses down from me on the other side of the street, and rode his bike up, but was commenting to me about not having to walk to work. Still, he didn’t show up or call, even though he was within sight of the house.
