Does anyone else find it odd that you can’t record on your own property? I feel that if you can video tape why can’t you record?
Agreed
Not exactly, basically the issue is he has evidence she cheated. But it is “illegal” and not admissable. She won’t admit it and without that statement “I cheated” in the eyes of NYS marital law it says the divorce would be consentual and she retains 46% of his assets from their marriage date. From what he is seeing.
So, how does he present the evidence that she essentially “threw away” the marriage and she is not entitled to anything other than being a slut.
I agree that this is not the proper venue to discuss. But, that is a clear (er…?) picture of what the issue is.
is she dumb enough to cheat again? there can be other options to catch her. video recording without audio can maybe allow you to identify that someone is entering your home. have a friend follow her to a bar? private investigator can maybe catch her?
What about computer or cell phone records? I know all of our texts are easily looked up online in our wireless account.
I’m sure we can get someone on here to bang her if we have to.
Oh, between Luke any Myself… We know enough people who would be willing participants in the “set a trap” game. LOL. These guys are so good, I’m sure they could get her consent for photos and videos during the event.
So, explain to me why the cheating bitch hasn’t been confronted? All you need is a time and date and she will probably break down crying admitting what she did.
She is a woman after all…
Because if she’s quick on her feet she can talk her way out of it, and then he just showed his hand. Even if it were admissable in court, she could claim the audio was from porn or something (yes women do watch porn, or at least convincing a judge of that wouldn’t be impossible) and boom, all the evidence he has is useless, she knows he’s on to her, and it’d be that much harder to catch her in the act again. You don’t pull the trigger until you KNOW you have enough evidence to win, you don’t just roll the dice and hope for the best.
If he hasn’t confronted her, I’d seriously consider hiring a private investigator. Check with the wireless carrier to print out the call/text records on her phone. 46% of your assets is a HUGE amount, and you don’t want to risk losing that by trying to bluff her into a confession. Plus, custody of the kids is at stake.
well said.
Would of received a better and quicker answer with Yahoo!
