Thanks everyone. yes birchwood garages suck. Mines even narrower than the one the 11sec bimmer was built in 
The lug pattern of the 5 lug is way easier to find good rims for. and we figured we could get away with bleeding the rears but oh well. Live and learn I suppose.
Makes me miss having a project, although it is nice working on it and not having to spend any money
