I have about 3 moniters in my house that are junk. My 19
just took a shit and I dont feel like paying to have it refabbed… sooooo…
Anyone know anyone that will take these off my hands and scrap them for me? I dont care if I get money for them… I just want to get them outa my god damn house, to much clutter.

well i heard that its prety shitty to do that… i guess ill look around the net and see if I can find anything, or just put them up forsale on ebay to be refurbished or something.
i heard there are places to take computer that are recycling places…but never seen one though
I think the good will takes old computer stuff and fixes them.
But i would take a sledge hammer to them, or through them off a 10 story building or something like that.
goodwill will not repair anything…

The garbage men take them - I just threw away a bunch of old computer shit.
on a side note - West Mifflin takes just about anything in the garbage, they took 2 old propane tanks I had and just chucked then in the truck and moved on.
Use them for target practice.

it’s illegal to throw away computers / moniters in some town… like greensburg for example… i mean, :gives:, but yeah, it is illegal… i also have 3 - 4 crt’s i’m looking to get rid of… just going to toss them in a dumpster here or there…computer recyclers will take it, but you have to PAY THEM :jerkit: … so F that.
also, i slammed a 15" crt, over-head, into a corner of a dumpster and couldn’t break the screen… those beyatches are tough… no doubt!

If you need a legit place to get rid of them set them at my garbage spot on sunday nights/monday morning and it will go bye bye. I had 4 stacked a few months ago one being a 21" that weighed like 500 pounds. They just chucked them all in the truck.

give it to goodwill. they have a computer center in the south side I think its on 25th and Carson. They will give you a reciept and you can use it as a tax deduction.
Bring them over to my driveway on thursday morning, they take them 
I hear ya on the monitors being tough, we throw old monitors away at work off the loading dock and into the dumpster. We have had the whole plastic case break apart, but never broke a screen.
damn, all this destructive talk makes me want to go break one. I have a few extras in the basement I think I will donate to my evil urges.
