Slapped some new heads on the SLO. P&P, 1mm over sized valves, shaved .004". WHat type of HP gains can I expect? They flow pretty decent stock but I’m sure the stock exahust manifolds will be choking it off now. Needs to be opened with a good set of long tubes (in the werkz). I’m hoping for 15 wheel form the heads. Another 10 with the long tubes. Sound about right?
I’m thinking no matter what you’re going down to the other 3.2 mtx in the area…

I think it will be hard to say what to expect…it’s possible the intake side of the combo may become a restriction as much as the stock exhaust manifolds. Whatever the case I’d like to see how the car responds to the new heads and a set of long tubes.
Reminds me of a time a few years back with the Mustang. I was running a pretty complete aluminum head and cam combo but still had a ported stock intake manifold. Had a ton of torque but fell flat on it’s face in the upper rpm. Could only trap 98mph with this intake!!! Swapped to an Edelbrock upper and picked up 10mph (no joke)!!! Who knows if the SHO will be a similar situation???

You could probably pick up most of this stuff cheaper then what I paid for them, via E-bay or SHO classifieds.
After looking over your list I forgot about some of your supporting hardware (butterflies, p&p manifold, injectors, etc.)…therefore I think your estimate of 15hp for the heads sounds reasonable. What happened to you SS y-pipe???
im still kinda torn whether or not i wanna keep my sho that i currently have…if youre not busy one day it would be awesome to get together. i live right by j and j’s (i know you go there but ive never been there when you have). i want you to take a look over my car and see what you think. if i can be a competitor for a fair amt of $$$$ then maybe ill keep it.
