The problem was with once again making Nichole the sacrificial lamb of the board and people rooting him on. If you can’t see that then there really is little hope, and what I typed doesn’t apply.

I’m betting on a few people being ethical enough to think, “yeah, that wasn’t really all that funny,” yet they felt the responsibility in saying something was dispersed among other people.
