I had no idea what I was doing at first and he guided me with an awesome diet plan to help me bulk up in the gym.
I started working out at 164lbs and now I weight 176lbs w/ 8-9% body fat within 2 months. That is without any other supplements except vitamins and fish oil. (Protein of course).

My main problem now is its crunch time and I’m super short on time. There will be days I want to lift/work out, but don’t have the time. Once summer hits though, aside from work I’ll be able to work out as much as I want.
