Exactly. I havent been plastered in a while. I hate forgetting the fun i had the day prior. While its kind of funny hearing about something you did and not even having a clue you did, its kind of gay at the same time.

With that being said, I like to hit my happy point and go a little past sometimes. you will see me turn down a drink offer all the time becasue of it. Also I am only 140lbs wet, so it doesnt take much! lol i is a light weight.

I think about it like this:
I’m in college, alcohol is easy to come by and free in most cases. My GPA is 3.86, I have a great group of people who I spend time with (not always drinking) and a family who I get along with. If at any point one of these things changes, then I need to rethink what I’m doing and make changes.
I’m gonna try to lose weight this summer, so alcohol will probably not happen at all, since its unneeded calories.
As far as I can see my priorities are strait and life is going pretty well, so I see no issue :thumbup

Well you have goals which is good. Honestly, talk to TurboTravis about any diet/fitness goals you may want to achieve.

I had no idea what I was doing at first and he guided me with an awesome diet plan to help me bulk up in the gym.

I started working out at 164lbs and now I weight 176lbs w/ 8-9% body fat within 2 months. That is without any other supplements except vitamins and fish oil. (Protein of course).

My main problem now is its crunch time and I’m super short on time. There will be days I want to lift/work out, but don’t have the time. Once summer hits though, aside from work I’ll be able to work out as much as I want.

The thing is, no matter what i’ve done, acid, x, shrooms, weed, none of that made me feel like shit the next day. Alcohol on the other hand, I’ve had a few 2 day hangovers. Those are the worst.

Back when I was in college, I came home for winter break and I literally averaged an 18 pack of bud a night. I put on SO much weight in that month period alone.
