Whats your MPG?

My civic gets 38 mpg as an average every tank, no matter where or how I drive. My work truck with a 2.7L 5 cylinder turbo diesel get an average of around 20-22 mpg. It also has 239,000 miles on it, is that a lot for an '03?

diesel truck>gas truck

i love my TDI :nod

'05 STi (StageI open-source protune): 21-22mpg

I don’t do much highway driving, and I’ll rev it fairly high (~5k) during acceleration, so I’m happy

Integra - 28-30/32-34

mostly highway for me now…pretty happy with it…i tend to screw around a little, but not much…

Fuck with the difference in mileage, I could sell my turbo kit now, and get a bigger turbo, manni and injectors/tune buy the end of the summer and break even! Thanks for the bummer fellow 1.8t guys! lol.

thats what i would do. anything smaller then a 30r is a :nono haha

Head of everything Audi, Rupert Stadler, revealed in an interview that Audi will offer an electric car in the next 5-10 years!

Rupert Stadler told Welt am Sonntag in an interview published on Sunday that he expects diesel and battery technology to dominate in the coming five to ten years.

“By then we will offer cars without exhaust emissions,” Stadler said.

Asked if Audi was not lagging domestic rivals Mercedes and BMW in the development of lithium-ion batteries that are more powerful than batteries used now in hybrids, Stadler said Audi’s research capacities were larger than those of its German competitors.

“Electric cars offer great opportunities, which we have already seized on,” Stadler said without elaborating.

The Mach1 gets 20 city and 31 highway@65 in 5th. The 94…haha 2 gallons per mile!!

shawn thats bs, with intake and exhaust those #'s are very achievable. not all V8’s get shitty mileage, just like not all imports are slow, myth

old sailors myth that v8s get bad gas mileage, the old ones do but newer fi v8s can get good gas mileage

the new vette makes 436hp and gets 30+ highway
