wheel offset question

Okay I have a set of 5zigen FN01R-C, fronts are 18x8.5 and the rears are 18x9.5. Now I tried to test fit these last year and the front touched the coil overs without any spacers.

I had a set of 20mm spacers I put on and it cleared with a bunch of room to spare but the problem was it was not flush with the fender(probably a good 5-8mm out of flushiness :D)

Currently the fronts have 225 rubber and I want to go to 245 in the front and either 265 or 275 in the rear. What sort of spacers would I need to get it to fit?

just a bit more info(found it on the 5zigen website),

the fronts are 18x8.5 +30 offset
the rears are 18x9.5 +35 offset
