I find the more money I make, the more money I spend. Since I made no money when I was single way back 5+ years ago… I had to say “in a relationship” since I spend thousands on diamonds, $50 for dinners constantly, and buy furniture and other stuff for the apartment now.
But, if I was single, I doubt I’d spend this much. I still buy the TV’s, cars, etc when I’m in a relationship that I’d be buying if I was single!

for me it has nothing to do with my relationship status. if i start getting bored…i start spending money. I just got done building a deck and im now really bored and something to do which will lead to spending. stupid little projects keep me busy enough to spend only little bits of money.
