when garage space is tight

I keep seeing ads for them in car mags, they original design is to be inside of a garage… with extra tall ceilings you could leave your cars on the rack. Traditional height garages, obviously you’d have to pull the two top cars off. cool idea though, like hidden storage for the lower cars. I’d have a hard time trusting that the cars wouldn’t get stuck in the down position…

Id like to see the cars and work on them let alone what about water ? and drainage issues ?
