this is why I dont race anymore. I had health insurance, until I broke my wrist from over jumping a 90ft jump. Medical bills were well over 20k, and my insurance company paid for it, but dropped me right after once they found out it was from Motocross. 99% of the insurance companys out there wont cover motocross racers because its one of the most dangerous sports with the highest risk of injuries.
Now I have a existing medical condition and am having trouble getting health insurance. within a few years I need to have a operation on my wrist unless I dont want any hand movement when im 40, but health insurance is owning me right now.
and as far as going out. I use to go to jillians two years ago, all year long. Loved that place. My buddy would get a private room and we would get our drink on. That was when there were alot more people of our same color. Then people started dissapearing from the Bayou and ending up in the husdon river or some shit. The last time I was down there, the people I was with ended up getting in a brawl in the middle of the road with some jersey shore fucks and I ended up being the get away car, because I was the only dumbass to drive down there. Havent been back to downtown sense.
now, I have been going to Toga. My cousin was a bouncer at the Tavern and I had another friend there that was a bouncer as well…so we stuck to going there. He quit, cause the owner is a dick and now I just stick to the small local bars.

I do agree. Jillians has a good group of guys working there. It does get dark at times, and when there’s a problem its taken care of fast. I watch people get tossed out all night, shit is funny as hell. The funny part is the bouncers already know who they are gonna toss out even before it happens because they know who causes issues.
The cover does suck, but it’s usually only $5 bucks. They usually have a good band playing downstairs too. It’s a good joint. I personally don’t mind it being slow, I can’t stand it when I can’t move in a place.
