Where can i find s14 ka fuse relays for cheap

hey guys so ive been trying to figure out my new 95 s14 that wont start. ive narrowed it down to these car ignition and big mother relays that are blue that seem to be blown, i came to the conclusion when i found that like only 5 fuses on the right side have power and the rest are dead. My question is where can i find NEW RELAYS, “there like $50.00”, and y would they be blown in the first place, the car ony has 118xxxk. … Which brings me to my second question the car has had a very minor fender bender, like literally the front rebar was barley touched although the airbag was deployed. Could this be the culprit to my no start problems and blown fuses. By the way the girl has been driving the car around since she got hit it bassically just stalled at her work and never turned on again. hahahah thanks i very much apprecaite any help

aight ya i just waned to start from scratch, thanks for the advice tht makes perfect sence. just wondering how would i no if its shorting out, im not a total idiot on how to do this i no how to use a multimeter… thanks im going to take all the stuff off like the intake and stufff so i can get a good look at it.
